A Message to Our Members Regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic

In accordance with government recommendations concerning the coronavirus pandemic, USPA headquarters is closed to visitors. We will strive to provide membership services Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, though some services may be limited.

  • The preferred method of communication during this time is email. Please mail your requests to
  • Application processing times: Memberships 3-4 weeks and Licenses/Ratings 4-5 weeks.
  • Membership cards cannot be printed or mailed for the foreseeable future. Members can always access and print their updated digital membership card on their USPA account, and sign-up with Merit for their digital credentials.
