The Parachutist staff has discovered that substantial portions of the interview on which the article “Children of Fallen Heroes—Skydiving Angels” (August Parachutist) was based are not accurate and that at least some of the published photos, including the opening photo, did not depict the correct organization. Due to the known inaccuracies, as well as the inability to confirm other information, Parachutist is retracting the article in full. The error is the publication’s own and does not reflect the integrity of the author, who simply reported on the information she received.
