USPA recently promoted Stephanie Seidel to become director of its Membership Services department, the department of five that has the most interaction with USPA members. She succeeds Clint Vincent, who announced his retirement after serving a total of 20 years in two stints at USPA. Seidel was previously USPA’s membership/database coordinator, a position she held since September 2012. Prior to that, Seidel—who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration—gained experience in customer service, sales and database management at a succession of companies. “Since the day she got here, Stephanie dove into the complex databases that USPA must maintain to serve our membership,” said Executive Director Ed Scott. “She has proven to be diligent and focused on making sure our members get the best, most efficient service.”
