The U.S. Parachute Association is searching for a customer service professional to join the team at USPA. The individual will support daily operations within the Member Service Center, including processing memberships, rating renewals, donations and awards. The individual will respond to customer service inquiries, provide phone coverage and assist with individual accounts and website navigation. This person will join a USPA team that is passionate about skydiving and supporting skydivers.
