Aerodyne Releases Service Bulletin

Members who jump Aerodyne ICON containers and group member drop zones should be aware of the service bulletin that Aerodyne released on April 30. This service bulletin mandates a change to the AAD cutter placement for ICON rigs, sizes 1-5. All modifications must be performed by a qualified and appropriately rated rigger in accordance with manufacturer-approved procedures.

Jumpers using affected ICON rigs sizes 1–5 must complete this modification before their next jump. Equipment identified in this service bulletin must have the modifications completed by a qualified rigger and documented accordingly. For more information, see Aerodyne Service Bulletin SB300426.
