The USPA Board of Directors is seeking a USPA member in good standing who currently resides in the Southeast Region—composed of Georgia and most of Florida—to fill the vacancy on the board created by the resignation of Brandon Radcliff. Currently, National Director Jeannie Bartholomew is acting as Interim Southeast Regional Director.
USPA will accept applications to be on the ballot March 16 through April 15. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, be a current USPA member who resides in the Southeast region, have at least two years of cumulative USPA membership and be a U.S. citizen or resident.
To be placed on the ballot, candidates must submit the required election materials and pay the $50 filing fee to USPA Headquarters at uspa.org/election no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, April 15, 2026. The following, which must be submitted online together, are required:
- Completed Director Candidate Biography form
- An acceptable photograph
- A non-refundable $50 filing fee
- Documentation of U.S. citizenship or residency. Provide one of the following from this list:
- current state REAL ID card
- current driver’s license
- U.S. Passport
- U.S. birth certificate
- USCIS Certificate of Naturalization
- USCIS Certificate of Citizenship
- two documents showing your address, dated within the last year (e.g., utility bills, bank statements, lease agreement). Addresses showing only P.O. boxes are not accepted.

The special election period will run for two weeks, from June 15 to June 30, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern. The elected member will fill the remainder of the term, which extends through 2027. The election winner is expected to attend the USPA Board of Directors Meeting set for August 14-16 in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
