USPA Seeks Safety and Training Associate

The U.S. Parachute Association is searching for a Safety and Training Associate and Incident Analyst to support the daily operations of the department. This position, which USPA is looking to fill immediately, reports to the USPA Director of Safety and Training. Basic duties will include redacting incident and fatality reports, following up on reports when additional information is necessary and drafting conclusions and articles for internal and external publications. The role will also involve ensuring the accuracy of database entries and assisting with Safety and Training-related research and compliance inquiries.

The candidate should have previous or current experience as a skydiver, with a strong understanding of skydiving technique, rigging, safety protocols and industry practices. The position requires working on-site at the United States Parachute Association headquarters in Fredericksburg, VA. Remote work is not possible for this position.
