Rising to the Top—2024 National Champions of Combined Freefall Crowned

The 2024 Formation Skydiving National Championships held at Skydive Chicago in Ottawa, Illinois, showcased some of the finest skydivers in the country who exhibited exceptional skills and teamwork, but only a select few received top honors by earning the prestigious Formation Skydiving Combined Freefall award.

This award is given to open-class competitors who earn points based on their team's overall placement. To qualify, individuals must participate in at least three of the six formation skydiving events (4-way vertical FS, 2-way mixed FS, 4-way FS, 8-way FS, 16-way FS, and 10-way speed). For competitors who compete in more than three events, their three best placements are used to calculate their score.

The 2024 National Champions of Combined Freefall demonstrated outstanding performance across multiple disciplines, securing their place as the nation’s best in formation skydiving. Their achievements reflect countless hours of training, dedication and a passion for the sport. Congratulations to all the competitors for their incredible performances at this year’s Nationals.
