  • In “A Perfect 10—The International Skydiving Museum & Hall of Fame Celebrates a Decade With 10 New Inductees” in the July issue, Chuck Collingwood served on the SWAT and Gang Units of the Las Vegas Police Department, not the NARCO Unit.
  • Dan Gray of Gray Media Productions took the photo that accompanied “Keep an Eye Out” on page 50 of the August issue.
